Local execution is an essential part of data collection.
Turning a technical protocol into a field operation requires access to suitable environments, alignment with local businesses, participant availability, and ongoing coordination.
OperumData develops this operational structure in Brazil, connecting client requirements with real-world execution conditions.
Our role spans environment sourcing and qualification, pilot preparation, equipment logistics, and operational coordination, according to the agreed project scope.
- Technical protocolField operation
Tasks, criteria and schedules translated into a local operating plan.
- Environment profileQualified worksites
Sites sourced, verified and authorised for capture.
- Participant profileOnboarded professionals
Consented participation, trained on the protocol.
- Hardware specCustody and logistics
Devices received, allocated, used in the field and returned.
The operating layer between your protocol and the real world.
You define what must be captured. We structure the local operation required to execute it in Brazil.
- OPS / 01
Field operations for real-world data
On-site collection coordinated under the client's protocol: schedules, roles, field supervision and issue handling.
- OPS / 02
Environment sourcing and qualification
We find worksites that match the protocol and verify access, safety, layout and capture conditions before hardware arrives.
- OPS / 03
Participant coordination
Sourcing by profile, skill and location, followed by consent, onboarding to the protocol and ongoing scheduling.
- OPS / 04
Hardware logistics and custody
Receiving, allocation, field use, storage and return of client-provided equipment, with a named person responsible at every step.
- OPS / 05
Pilot execution
A controlled pilot tests the protocol in the field, exposes friction early and produces initial material for your review.
- OPS / 06
Continuity and visibility
Consistent protocol execution across sites and sessions, with progress, field issues, incidents and re-capture coordination reported in a regular rhythm.
From protocol to field operations in Brazil.
OperumData identifies and qualifies companies, work environments, and professionals that meet each project's requirements.
We coordinate site authorizations, participants, equipment, and local logistics, establishing the operational conditions needed to carry out data collection in real working environments.

Examples of environment categories that can be qualified. Availability and fit are confirmed after reviewing each protocol.
A field network assembled around each protocol.
OperumData develops and qualifies a network of companies, worksites and participants that can be activated according to the requirements of each project.
Capacity does not depend on in-house staff alone. It comes from identifying, qualifying and coordinating the right companies, locations and people for each operation. Environments can belong to third parties, and participants do not need to be OperumData employees.
- 01The protocol defines requirements
- 02Companies and worksites are identified
- 03Participants are qualified
- 04Authorizations and onboarding are completed
- 05The operation runs with hardware and field coordination
Pilot first. Scale only what the field proves.
We do not promise capacity before understanding the protocol and the real conditions of execution.
- 01
Scope
Protocol, tasks, environments, participant profile, hardware, expected duration and acceptance criteria.
- 02
Sourcing
Compatible companies, environments and participants are identified and operating conditions verified.
- 03
Pilot
The protocol is tested in the field, difficulties surface and initial material goes to the client for review.
- 04
Operate
Participants, sites, equipment, schedule and execution are coordinated with visibility on progress.
- 05
Scale
Capacity grows gradually, based on what the pilot actually demonstrated.
Client review of pilot material and field learnings comes before any commitment to scale.
Trust is built through process and traceability.
Collecting data in the real world takes more than people and cameras. It takes clear responsibilities, equipment control, documentation, consent and visibility over field execution.
- CTRL / 01Required
Privacy
Project privacy requirements and environment-specific restrictions are mapped before capture.
- CTRL / 02Required
Consent
Participation is informed and consented, with the scope of capture explained up front.
- CTRL / 03Required
Authorizations
Worksite owners authorise collection and the areas where capture is permitted.
- CTRL / 04Defined per project
Operational responsibility
Clear roles for participants, sites and coordinators, with onboarding to the protocol.
- CTRL / 05Defined per project
Hardware chain of custody
Every device has a responsible person from receiving to return.
- CTRL / 06Project-based
Monitoring and visibility
Schedule, progress, field issues, incidents and re-capture coordination are tracked.
- 01Received
- 02Allocated
- 03In field
- 04Stored
- 05Returned
Captured time and approved material are not the same measure.
The value of an operation is not only in volume captured, but in producing material that matches the protocol and the criteria the client defines.
- Operational compliance with the protocol
- Verification of field execution
- Identification of recurring failures
- Communication and process correction
- Coordination of re-captures when needed
Final technical acceptance of the material remains based on the client's criteria.
A new company, backed by real operating experience.
OperumData grows out of its founder's experience coordinating technical services and field operations since 2015: managing teams, suppliers and contractors, technical purchasing, schedules, logistics and execution in real work environments.
To be clear: this background is not prior experience in AI data capture. It is the operational foundation OperumData now applies to structuring and coordinating real-world data projects in Brazil.

Frequently asked questions.
01Do you only use your own employees?
No. Depending on the project, participants can be identified in partner companies and third-party environments. OperumData qualifies and coordinates participation according to the defined requirements.
02Do the worksites need to belong to OperumData?
No. We can run operations in third-party locations, as long as they are compatible with the protocol and collection is authorised.
03Can you recruit new participants?
Yes. Sourcing follows the profile, experience, location and activities the project requires.
04Do you provide the hardware?
It depends on the scope. We can operate with hardware and applications provided by the client. Other needs are assessed while defining the project.
05Can you commit to weekly capacity before reviewing the project?
Not responsibly. Capacity depends on the protocol, tasks, environments, hardware, logistics and acceptance criteria. When needed, a pilot produces an estimate based on real execution.
06Where do you operate?
The initial operation is based in Rio Grande do Sul. New locations are evaluated according to each project's scope, timeline and logistics.
07How are privacy, authorizations and consent handled?
Requirements are defined for each operation. Worksite authorizations, consented participation, areas permitted for capture and applicable privacy requirements are organised before collection begins.
